Return
We offer 2 days hassle free returns policy for all products bought from our website from the date of delivery.
- We do not accept return under these circumstances:
- Damages due to use or misuse of product.
- Products with tampered or missing price tags.
- Any product that is returned without the case, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment.
- In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, EYEVIBE (Venture of S& M enterprises) can deny refund to the customer.
- Unboxing Video is mandatory in case of wrong / faulty product is delivered to customer and picture of fault
- We ship within 2 days of receipt of order and it usually takes 2-10 working days to get the order delivered, rest depending upon the location. Incase the order is delayed from logistic partner due to certain reason refund will not be processed on delay basics
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases
- Approved product return
- Cancelled order before dispatch
- Item out of stock and payment was collected
Refund timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchange policy
We accept exchanges in the following cases :
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item received
To request an exchange
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID and product images via email or WhatsApp.
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup if approved.
